MEMBERSHIP POLICY 

Membership Year

The membership year period begins on your membership transaction process date for a 1 year cycle. Your membership receipt will act as a membership card proxy during the processing period of your membership (process can take up to 3 weeks). You will receive notification from the OAG once your membership has expired. You may also contact the gallery at any time to check on your membership expiration date at 613-233-8699 or development@oaggao.ca

Membership Transfer

Memberships are not transferrable from one individual to another. If an individual has paid for a membership and the membership ceases due to cancellation or death of the member, the membership is deemed terminated and cannot be transferred. Membership such as corporate, non-profit organization and family memberships have a limited amount of transferable members (see membership levels for details).

Membership Refund

The OAG does not allow the refund of membership fees unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are non-transferable. Benefits are only applicable to the cardholder/member. Cardholders must present their membership card at Jackson the OAG café in order to redeem your membership benefit. Membership benefits pertaining to the OAG Shop are applicable to the OAG Shop only and do not apply to the OAG Annexe commercial gallery. The 10% off membership benefit applies to regular priced items only; any other membership discounts and/ or sale discounts in the OAG Shop cannot be applied in combination with the 10% off membership benefit.

Lost or stolen cards

In the event that your membership card is stolen or lost please call 613-233-8699 or contact development@oaggao.ca for a new card. A charge of $5 will be incurred to issue a new card for the cost of processing and shipment of a new card.
